ATC’s White Glove Delivery Process

  • Step 1: Consultation

    Our team holds a consultation with the client to understand the project scope and complete SLA requirements.

  • Step 2: Site survey

    We deploy our site survey expert to evaluate all delivery areas and determine required equipment, vehicle types, and site constraints. No two sites are the same.

  • Step 3: Planning meeting

    Once the site survey is complete, our team leader hosts a planning meeting to run through what is required for the project and inform the client of timelines and responsibilities on their side to ensure successful deployment.

  • Step 4: Pre-check

    Between 72 and 48 hours prior to delivery, the team reconvenes and the transport planner contacts the client to ensure that all requirements, such as security clearance, are in place in advance of the delivery.

  • Step 5: Delivery

    Our team arrives in advance of the delivery time and conducts a "pre-talk" dividing up the team into their respective roles, so that they are ready for the final delivery fulfillment stage. Once on site, our planning office is notified and the client is immediately updated on the status of the delivery.
