ATC’s Secure Tech Transport Process

Step 1: Meet with the client

ATC meets with the client to establish specific transport requirements.
Step 2: Route Planning

ATC returns to the client with a staged plan outlining required actions, the list of stakeholders involved, permissions to be gained, and other key project details based on discussions in step 1.
Step 3: Ongoing communication

In this stage, the ATC Tech Transport team securely transports the assets to the assigned data center location. During transit, ATC’s transport planner monitors the route and maintains real-time contact with drivers to ensure the most efficient and safest route is taken to meet the deadline.

ATC employs advanced security protocols aligned with the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Security Standards, the globally recognized benchmark for supply chain security. These protocols include GPS tracking, real-time monitoring, and alarm systems. Our vehicles are equipped with CCTV, tamper-proof locks, and alarmed compartments to ensure the highest level of protection during transit.

Yes, ATC provides GPS tracked vehicles, updated communication directly with the customer throughout transit. On request, we can share seal numbers, photos at load/unload and any site sign-off documents.

Yes, all ATC crew are trained to handle sensitive, high-value equipment, with detailed controls available upon request. ATC drivers undergo specialized training in managing high-value and sensitive IT assets. They are certified in secure transportation procedures and white glove service to minimize risk during transit.

ATC’s specialized vehicles include box vans, rigids and articulated trucks, with tail-lift options for sites without docks. We plan for site constraints (height/weight limits, tight access) and choose the right vehicle and crew required to complete the work accordingly.
